In this technical webinar, LEMDO Director Janelle Jenstad will give a talk on \u201cEndings Compliance, Open Access, and Equity,\u201d explaining how LEMDO creates Endings-compliant anthologies and editions for maximum digital sustainability, archivability, and longevity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navarra Houldin (LEMDO Project Manager and expert in EDI and Accessibility) will then talk about \u201cMaking Editions Accessible.\u201d Building on the DRE Editorial Guidelines<\/em>\u2019 question \u201cWho are you editing for?\u201d Navarra will do a positionality exercise to help editors identify their own subject position with respect to the target audience of a LEMDO edition. The session will end with a quick overview of how to write alt text and use plain language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
