DESCRIPTION:Description: This webinar walks participants through creating their ORCID and Google Scholar profiles as foundational tools for managing scholarly identity and increasing the discoverability of their research. \n\n\n\nBy the end of this webinar\, participants will be able to: \n\n\n\n\nCreate and configure an ORCID iD and Google Scholar profile by entering biographical information\, claiming publications\, and linking affiliated works to establish an accurate and persistent scholarly record\n\n\n\n\nThis workshop qualifies for credits towards The Canadian Certificate in Digital Humanities/Certificat canadien en Humanités Numériques certificate. \n\n\n\nLength: 45min \n\n\n\nEngagement Level: Low- Medium\n\n\n\nThis will mostly be a lecture-style webinar that includes demonstrations and an opportunity to follow along to build your own profile and ask questions. \n\n\n\nInstructor: Kaitlin Fuller \n\n\n\nRecording Information: This session will be recorded.
